• Support the sale of the Switch Management OSS and load build process to Optus. Enhance the application to support the deployment of new network elements. Be the DMS subject matter expert for the Optus Network Support Services group and the Systems Administrator.

• Install, configure and support a large OSS to monitor 60+ DMS switches across the state of Florida. System comprised a WAN of 14 workstations, 2 minicomputers, an X.25 server, CD-ROM server and assorted terminal servers and WAN/LAN hardware.
• Work with BellCore to enhance the NMA system by developing a knowledge base for the DMS family of switches.

• Support the DMS-STP product and all CCS7 related hardware and software. Resolve software and protocol problems with DMS as well as inter-vendor problems (5ESS, 1AESS, GTD-5, DSC).
• Key presenter at the Nortel Technical Services Symposium for three years in a row. Received the highest rating in the history of TSS for the CCS7 implementation session. Received a letter of commendation for my work.
• Manage a project to change the point codes in 18 switches and 2 STP’s serving the city of Las Vegas over a two-week period. Received a letter of commendation for my work.
