  • Install, configure and support a large OSS to monitor 60+ DMS switches across the state of Florida. System comprised a WAN of 14 workstations, 2 minicomputers, an X.25 server, CD-ROM server and assorted terminal servers and WAN/LAN hardware.
  • Work with BellCore to enhance the NMA system by developing a knowledge base for the DMS family of switches.

  • Key presenter at the Nortel Technical Services Symposium for three years in a row. Received the highest rating in the history of TSS for the CCS7 implementation session. Received a letter of commendation for my work.
  • Manage a project to change the point codes in 18 switches and 2 STP’s serving the city of Las Vegas over a two-week period. Received a letter of commendation for my work.
